Joe develops genuine relationships with his customers, vendors, and employees, offering ongoing, comfortable communication. The connections he creates with vendors and business partners are passionate and understanding. Joe is devoted to giving you the “WOW” experience you deserve.

Tom has worked in the sign manufacturing business for the past 12 years. In that time, he served as an Account Representative, Production Manager, and General Manager. Over the past 2.5 years, he has enjoyed the privilege of working at BPS. He truly loves working with businesses all over the country and especially here in Western New York.

Denise joined the BPS team in 2021, bringing with her 25+ years of customer service, purchasing, accounting, and print experience with a proven track record of streamlining operations and improving efficiencies. Denise is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with additional Work Readiness and Customer Service certifications. Making sure our customers receive top notch customer service is one of her most important goals.
